Digital Package Pricing - 2012
 
 
child/family/senior session     $300
 
  • pre-session consultation via email to determine location and styling
  • an on-location session of approximately one hour for up to five family members.  Please add $25 for each additional person
  • minimum of 15 hand-edited images from your session, but typical galleries include 25-35 images
  • an online, password protected gallery containing downloadable full resolution digital files from your session
  • a USB drive containing all full resolution digital files from your online gallery
  • a complete set of 4x6 reference prints from your gallery, suitable for framing
  • a print release allowing you to print your images however you wish.   Prints, canvases, books and other products are available through my partnered professional lab
 
newborn session     $400
  • pre-session consultation via email to discuss hats, blankets, props and styling
  • an on-location session of at least two hours in your home within the first fourteen days of your child's birth. Please note that sessions often times run up to four hours in duration. We will break for bottles/nursing throughout the session as needed.
  • minimum of 15 hand-edited images from your session, but typical galleries include 25-35 images
  • an online, password protected gallery containing  downloadable full resolution digital files from your session
  • a USB drive containing all full resolution digital files from your online gallery

first year package     $950
 
  • newborn session,  6 month, 9 month and 1 year sessions

Please contact me for more information, including a price list for a la carte items.  Prints, albums, custom cards/birth announcements/invitations, canvases and more are all available for purchase. All photo sessions require a $100 deposit at time of booking. This $100 will go towards your fee that is paid at time of session. I accept PayPal (send payment as goods to cara@carawalenphotography.com).  I can also accept your personal check (see mailing address on contact page).   After I receive your deposit, I will book your session and we'll discuss vision, style and props.

If you cancel and re-schedule more than 72 hours before time of session you do not have to pay another deposit.   Any amount of time less, another $100 deposit is required. In the case of inclement weather, I will contact you to reschedule the session at no penalty and there is no need for a re-deposit.  If you have any questions about session fees, please do not hesitate to contact me.
